By default, Cleric follows every change from release messages in Slack. You can add filters if you only want it to verify certain repositories, services, or changes.

An Issue is a production problem Cleric investigates end to end. It can start from a page, scheduled monitor, or failed deploy. Related and repeat alerts remain part of the same Issue. Each Issue costs 10 credits. Follow-up passes are included.
Cleric does not charge for knowledge questions, system management, or handoffs to other tools. It also does not charge for retries, duplicates, or inconclusive results.
Corrections and additional passes on the same Issue do not use more credits.

No. We do not use customer data to train Cleric or its underlying models. If you do not continue after a trial, we delete your data as required by contract. See the security and privacy policy.
Custom Work includes scheduled monitors, custom agents, and slash commands. It costs one credit for each minute the agent runs. Idle time is not billed.

Annual contracts run for 12 months and renew automatically. The Order Form defines the renewal notice and true-up terms.
